These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Project Assessment Tool ("the Assessment") provided by Integra Management AB ("we," "our," or "us"). By using this Assessment, you agree to be bound by these terms.

The Project Assessment Tool, including all questions, methodology, scoring algorithms, and assessment framework, is the exclusive property of Integra Management AB. All rights are reserved.

• The Assessment is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws
• No part of the Assessment may be reproduced, distributed, or transmitted without written permission
• The Assessment methodology and framework are proprietary to Integra Management AB

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Assessment for:

• Evaluating a single project only
• Internal project management purposes
• Personal or organizational decision-making related to the specific project being assessed

Important: This license is valid for one assessment per project only.

The Assessment is designed and licensed for evaluation of a single project only. Each project assessment requires a separate use of the tool.

• One assessment per project
• Results are specific to the project being evaluated
• Assessment results may not be applied to other projects
• Multiple projects require separate assessments

By using the Assessment, you acknowledge that:

• Assessment data may be stored and processed by Integra Management AB
• We may use anonymized data for improving our services
• Your privacy is protected as outlined in our Privacy Policy
• You consent to the collection and processing of assessment data

The Assessment is provided "as is" without any warranties. Integra Management AB does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the assessment results.

Integra Management AB shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Assessment, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Assessment at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sweden.
